LANGUAGE MANAGER From June 1998 to July 1999, I worked as the Manager of the Spanish and Italian Localization Departments. From July 1999 until September 2000 I worked as the Manager of Spanish Operations, which included the following responsibilities: - Assessing the capacity and capabilities of the group.
Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with in-country partner companies. Including finding and qualifying companies, negotiating pricing, and evaluating quality. Scheduling the execution of projects within the group and coordinating with other groups. Ensuring the optimal allocation of resources, tasks and priorities within the group. Interviewing, evaluating and hiring new group members and selecting subcontractors. Assessing group members and existing subcontractors on a regular basis. Overseeing the training of group members. Assuring the quality of work produced by the group and promoting Lionbridge and ISO quality standards within the group.
